A leading engineering firm is seeking a QA Engineer in Granada, Spain, to support the DONES Programme. Responsibilities include developing Quality Assurance procedures, managing nonconformities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of experience, and fluency in English. Applications must be submitted in English only.
We are looking for a QA Engineer in support to our client Fusion for Energy for their location in Granada, Spain.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:
· Support the development of the DONES Programme Management Plans and associated Quality Assurance procedures, workflows, templates and tools;
· Develop implementation and training plans related to Project and Quality Management procedures;
· Contribute to the development and preparation of the relevant QA and Project Management parts of the Procurement Arrangements that establish the framework for collaboration with the parties contributing to the DONES Programme;
· Support the implementation of Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures, including the implementation of Quality Control measures, execution of audits, definition of key performance indicators (KPIs), and provision of actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's Degree in engineering;
At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
Experience in the definition of quality assurance, quality control, and systems engineering processes;
Experience in the control and management of nonconformities, including the treatment of corrective and preventive actions;
Experience in the development and implementation of configuration management processes;
Experience working with cross-functional teams on complex projects involving several partners and suppliers;
Experience in manufacturing workshops and/or construction site environments, with a demonstrated ability to implement and enforce stringent quality requirements is considered an asset;
Experience in data management is considered an asset;
Experience in project management is considered an asset;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in EU.
