Formación

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer / QA Automation Tester to join our team for a multinational leader in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans ensuring comprehensive coverage and validation of requirements.
  • Perform initial testing of new web features prior to release.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.
  • Design, implement and maintain automated tests to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Identify and propose improvements to QA processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Conduct post-release testing, monitor user issues, and document outcomes.
  • Report findings clearly and effectively with supporting evidence.
Skills: Essential
  • 3+ years of experience in backend service testing, automation, and software quality control.
  • Solid understanding of QA best practices and testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end).
  • Experience with Playwright (TypeScript) and Cypress for web testing.
  • Experience with Azure Test Plans, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Postman for API validation.
  • Advanced English level (minimum C1).
  • Strong autonomy, responsibility, and collaborative mindset.
Desirable
  • Experience with JMeter (performance testing).
  • Experience in the insurance or financial sector.
