Marosa by Wolters Kluwer is seeking a QA Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for our VAT compliance platform. You will collaborate with software engineers and product teams to embed quality practices across the product lifecycle and ensure reliability, scalability, and strong test coverage.

The role emphasizes hands-on test automation, exploratory testing, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a QA role with strong emphasis on test automation for web apps.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering principles.
• Solid programming skills in Python for building and maintaining test automation.
• Ability to design test strategies balancing automation, manual testing, and risk-based coverage.
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications including regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineers and product to define quality standards and acceptance criteria early in development.
• Embed quality into the lifecycle, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Perform exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing where automation is insufficient.
• Identify, document, and track defects, driving resolution with the team.
• Continually improve QA tooling, processes, and best practices across engineering.
• Act as a quality advocate to raise the overall quality bar across the organization.
