DKB Code Factory in Valencia invites a proactive QA Engineer to drive testing excellence across backend systems and APIs. You will own and improve the team's testing approach, ensure readiness across environments, and expand automated coverage while collaborating with developers and product stakeholders.

You'll analyze failures, share quality metrics, and contribute to Continuous Testing and Delivery practices to balance speed with reliability.

Formación

• Experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Hands-on with automated testing frameworks and API validation.
• Familiar with SQL and test data management.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the team's testing approach, becoming the go-to person for testing topics in an agile environment.
• Ensure test readiness across infrastructure, environments, and test data to enable smooth and reliable execution.
• Design, implement, and expand automated test coverage, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to identify risks, clarify requirements, and prevent defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test failures and defects, support root-cause analysis, and identify recurring quality issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Share regular testing insights, results, and quality metrics with stakeholders, supporting informed release decisions.
• Contribute to Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices, helping the team improve quality while maintaining delivery speed.
