Neurored is the leading Salesforce ISV partner for Transportation & Logistics. We have developed one of the leading TMS & SCM applications on the Salesforce AppExchange, becoming a reference partner for Transportation & Logistics worldwide

Currently we have the need to incorporate talent to help us scale our operations. The objective is to incorporate a Python Senior Developer , who knows how to design processes to support projects with their clients

We are looking for a proactive profile, problem solving, results-oriented and with a focus on business analysis for process improvements. If you have experience in the world of consulting, have studied engineering, are fluent in English and are familiar with Agile methodologies, this challenge is perfect for you!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics (or related field)
• Strong Technical and Project Management Skills
• Exposure to leading / mentoring
• Fluent in English

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Solid experience in back-end development and proven experience building and optimizing RESTful APIs. You have experience with Python / Django
• Knowledge designing and developing new services as we separate products from the monolithic platform and build a system that scales
• 3+ years working with Python in production environments In general
• Proficient with pytest and automated testing practices (unit, integration)
• Proficient with Python typing, structured logging, and error handling
• Strong Knowledge using AWS S3, MySQL and document databases (e.g., MongoDB, DocumentDB )
• Expertise with FastAPI, asyncio, httpx , and REST API design
• Expertise building data pipelines (validation, transformation, cleaning)
• Proficient reviewing and understanding third party APIs to consume data
• Must have a strong understanding of software engineering best practices (TDD, design patterns, clean architecture)
• Must be very committed to produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Ownership . Must take responsibility for organizing, validating and delivering quality work
• High Level communicating and understanding English
• Public GitHub account (even if it does not contain projects similar to our interests)
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Confluence or similar tools

OTHER CREDENTIALS

• Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
