A leading construction solutions provider based in Madrid is looking for a part-time Odoo Administrator/Developer. The role includes designing workflows, configuring Odoo modules, and optimizing business processes. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience with Odoo, strong Python skills, and upper-intermediate English proficiency. This position offers an hourly rate of up to 28 EUR gross, flexible hours based on project needs.
Our client is a rapidly growing provider of modular construction solutions, specializing in walls, partitions, glass systems, and more. Currently, most core business operations (including opportunity tracking, project management, quoting, communication, and inventory) are managed through manual tools such as Excel and SharePoint.
To support their growth and improve operational efficiency, our client is launching a digital transformation initiative. The goal is to automate and centralize business processes using a robust and extensible software platform – Odoo. Real‑time visibility into business data.
In addition to the mentioned project we have extensive plans to become an Odoo engineering partner and grow the Odoo development team internally.
3+ years of hands‑on experience with Odoo platform administration, configuration, and business workflow design.
This is a part‑time role with hours determined by project needs and workload availability.
Hourly rate is up to 28 EUR gross
