About the Role

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer (Python) with strong technical and analytical skills to support applications within the Management Control / Financial Performance domain. You’ll work on backend systems that enable data-driven insights, financial planning, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Python .
• Design and execute data workflows and analytics for financial reporting.
• Work with PL / SQL , Exadata , and large-scale data loading processes.
• Automate execution flows using Unix shell scripting and Control-M .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and data integrity across systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Python development (backend focus).
• Strong data analytics and PL / SQL expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of Exadata databases and data loading with Loader .
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting and Control-M scheduling .
• Experience in financial or management control systems is a plus.
