Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Python Software Engineer / Developer to join our AI/ML platform team in Madrid with flexible WFH to €80,000. You’ll build and evolve services, APIs and tools enabling engineers and data scientists to deploy AI/ML solutions rapidly.

You will own platform services through their lifecycle, addressing scalability, reliability and developer experience. The role offers hybrid work with Madrid office visits and requires base in Spain with work eligibility.

Qualifications

Strong Python backend development experience.
Experience with scalable, robust distributed systems and microservices.
Knowledge of at least one cloud platform, AWS preferred.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.
Interest in AI/ML and LLM experience would be great.
Strong commercial awareness and a product mindset.
Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

Build and evolve shared services, APIs and developer tools to enable AI/ML solutions across the business.
Own core platform services lifecycle from design to production operation.
Tackle scalability, reliability, observability and developer experience challenges.
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to simplify AI/ML development and delivery.
