Formación

  • 7+ years in B2B account management or customer success, preferably in software or cyber fields.
  • Proven track record managing strategic accounts in the public sector.
  • Comfortable with technical subject matter.

Responsabilidades

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of government/public sector clients.
  • Lead the customer lifecycle from initial onboarding through to renewal and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are acted upon.

Fluent in Spanish, French, or Romanian
