Roche is seeking a Learning Technology & Adoption Lead to architect and drive next‑generation learning tech for global manufacturing. You will bridge cutting-edge tech, human-centered design, and pharma ops while ensuring platform stability and scalable solutions.

Lead PoCs for Generative AI, VR/AR/MR, and adaptive learning; translate pilots into ROI-driven business cases; champion LxD UX standards and empower autonomous teams managing Cornerstone LMS and SkillUp LXP.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, HCI, IDS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years leading digital learning technology, edtech innovation, or digital transformation in a global enterprise.
• Hands-on experience piloting immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR) or AI/LLM applications in knowledge management.
• Strong grasp of tech validation (CSV), data security, 21 CFR Part 11, and LMS/LXP/xAPI/SCORM integration.
• Ability to set outcome-based goals for self-driven teams and align with IT and Quality partners.

The Opportunity:

As the Learning Technology & Adoption Lead , you will serve as the digital architect and innovation driver for the PT Global Learning Hub. In this role, you bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology, human-centered design, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. While ensuring current platforms run smoothly, your primary focus will be pioneering next-generation learning technologies to transform training across global manufacturing sites.

• Pioneer Next-Gen EdTech: Act as the strategic scout and lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for Generative AI, Spatial Computing (VR/AR/MR), adaptive learning engines, and micro-learning platforms.
• Drive Business Impact & Scalability: Translate successful technology pilots into robust enterprise business cases with clear ROI, validation pathways, and global integration strategies.
• Elevate Digital Learning Experience (LxD): Champion human-centered UI/UX standards across all digital learning tools to ensure intuitive, frictionless, and accessible experiences on the shop floor.
• Empower High-Autonomy Teams: Provide strategic direction, macro guidance, and barrier removal for a lean team of self-sufficient Technology Product Owners managing platforms like Cornerstone LMS and SkillUp LXP.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner directly with Design & Operations, Learning Business Partners, Quality Assurance, and Enterprise IT to scale compliant digital solutions in regulated cleanroom and lab environments.

Who You Are

You are an innovative, visionary tech leader who cuts through edtech hype to implement practical, scalable solutions that solve genuine operational gaps.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Instructional Systems Design, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in edtech architecture).
• Tech & Innovation Leadership: 8+ years of experience leading digital learning technology, edtech innovation, or digital transformation within a global enterprise.
• Emerging Tech Expertise: Hands-on experience piloting or implementing immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR), AI/LLM applications in knowledge management, or adaptive learning algorithms.
• Regulated Industry & Technical Architecture Insight: Strong grasp of tech validation (CSV), data security, 21 CFR Part 11, and how modern learning ecosystems (LMS, LXP, LRS, HRIS) connect via APIs, xAPI, SCORM, and cloud infrastructures.
• Empowering & Collaborative Leader: Skilled at setting outcome-based goals for self-driven technical teams using agile experimentation, while building senior-level alignment with IT and Quality partners.

Relocaiton no eligible for this position

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 136,936.00 and 179,728.50 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
