is a prestigious law firm with over 30 years of experience, headquartered in Mexico and Madrid, specializing in Intellectual Property, Life Sciences, Advertising and Marketing, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Regulatory Affairs, and Data Protection.

We are seeking committed professionals to join our team as a Patent Paralegal in our Madrid office.

General follow-up of patent prosecution procedures before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the European Patent Office (EPO).

Managing payments and monitoring annuities with OEPM and EPO.

Handling patent management systems such as CRM, CPI, APIGES, and similar tools.

Preparing budgets and reports on international patent prosecution processes and coordinating with foreign associates.

Professional degree in Law or similar.

Postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property (Master’s or specialized patent management courses).

Advanced level of English (written and business conversation); General knowledge of procedures before OEPM, EPO, PCT, and WIPO.

Availability to work on-site in the Madrid office 4 days per week.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
