Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Spanish-speaking Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a private residential complex in Ibiza. This role requires extensive experience in high-end property or hospitality management, delivering impeccable standards while providing warm, personalized service to a discerning family and their guests.

Responsibilities
  • Property Management & Maintenance - Oversee all aspects of property maintenance and ensure the highest standards throughout the estate; coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors for repairs, upgrades, and preventative work; conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly; manage relationships with tradespeople including plumbers, electricians, and HVAC specialists; ensure all systems (heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical) are functioning optimally; maintain detailed records of all maintenance work and property improvements; implement and oversee health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Housekeeping Supervision - Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards; develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures; inspect all areas regularly to ensure standards are consistently met; manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and household amenities; ensure proper care techniques are used for delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, and valuable items; coordinate laundry services and wardrobe care standards.
  • Grounds & Exterior Management - Oversee gardening team to ensure immaculate presentation of all outdoor spaces; coordinate landscaping maintenance, seasonal planting, and irrigation systems; supervise pool maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards; manage exterior cleaning including windows, patios, and driveways; coordinate with external contractors for specialized grounds work.
  • Guest & Family Services - Ensure seamless preparation for family and guest arrivals; coordinate with housekeeping team for guest room preparation and turndown service; respond promptly to family and guest requests with discretion and professionalism; anticipate needs and ensure all teams deliver thoughtful, proactive service; maintain confidentiality regarding all private family matters.
  • Staff Coordination & Vendor Management - Coordinate daily activities across housekeeping, gardening, and maintenance teams; conduct regular team briefings to ensure clear communication; monitor staff performance and provide feedback; manage relationships with external service providers and contractors; negotiate contracts and ensure value for money across all services.
Required Qualifications
  • Essential Experience & Skills - Minimum 5 years in property management, estate management, or high-end hospitality management; demonstrated knowledge of property maintenance and building systems; Fluent Spanish and conversational English (essential); strong organisational and supervisory abilities with meticulous attention to detail; understanding of property maintenance, cleaning standards, and grounds care; ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
