We´re looking for a Property finder to Estepona, and especially to the areas Casares and Manilva!

About the Role

Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Estepona is looking for a passionate and driven Property Finder to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be attracting new sellers and fostering strong, long‑lasting relationships. This involves strategies like door‑to‑door outreach, following up on housing ads, and engaging with "for sale" listings on platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa. Additionally, building a strong local network will be key to your success in sourcing properties and ensuring Svensk Fast remains the top choice for home buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities Include :
  • Proactively identifying potential sellers through various outreach methods.
  • Building and maintaining a solid network within the local community.

Requirements :
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); knowledge of Swedish is a plus. Additional language skills are also valued
  • Residence preferably in Manilva or Casares.
  • Driver's license and good driving skills
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong, long‑lasting relationships and build a reliable network
  • Relevant experience in sales, property brokerage, or a related field
