The Adecco Group in Madrid is seeking a Project / Program Coordinator to support QA, website readiness, and digital merchandising initiatives.

You will partner with Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact digital programs across markets.

This temporary hybrid role offers exposure to large-scale initiatives and opportunities to drive customer-centric digital experiences.

Formación

Project / Program Coordinator – QA, Website Readiness & Digital Merchandising

At Adecco, we are looking for a Project / Program Coordinator to join a world-leading, customer-obsessed global technology company operating at the forefront of digital commerce and innovation.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting large-scale digital initiatives that directly impact customer experience across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will coordinate strategic programs related to Quality Assurance (QA), Website Readiness, Digital Merchandising, and customer-facing digital launches, partnering with Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams.

About the Role

As a Project / Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project milestones, identify risks, and help drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Coordination
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion.
  • Define timelines, milestones, and project dependencies.
  • Track progress and ensure key deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges, proposing mitigation plans when needed.
  • Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Testing Coordination
  • Coordinate large-scale testing activities involving multiple teams and testers.
  • Manage issue tracking, prioritization, and escalation processes.
  • Monitor testing progress and defect resolution activities.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders to ensure launch readiness.
  • Escalate critical issues and help drive timely resolutions.
Website Readiness & Digital Merchandising
  • Support the preparation and launch of customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Ensure website content, promotional placements, and merchandising elements are correctly configured.
  • Coordinate launch readiness activities and validate that all key components are in place.
  • Support digital merchandising initiatives for strategic events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate ad hoc analyses and data requests to support business decision-making.
Strategic Programs Support
  • Contribute to high-visibility international projects.
  • Support the launch of new digital experiences and commercial initiatives.
  • Track deliverables, monitor progress, and maintain program documentation across multiple workstreams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Native-level Spanish.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
  • Previous experience in project coordination, digital operations, e-commerce, QA, program management, or related fields.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
