Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities across all project phases from sales and engineering to supply shipping and commissioning.
• Define decision points and turnaround times with all involved disciplines.
• Create integrated project plans that identify risks and opportunities early.
• Provide actionable insights and monthly progress reports to project management.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors and customers to align expectations and execution.
• Support successful project delivery through proactive problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage your own portfolio of Parcel projects and bridge project goals with supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project planning ideally with Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical thinking, flexibility and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
