Role Overview

Omega CRM Consulting, a Merkle Company, seeks a Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.

Our OT Project Manager will ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and budget, supporting all aspects of project coordination, documentation, communication, and reporting.

Project Focus

The Project Manager will support the IT Infrastructure team with the following OT projects:

  • Remote Access Service for OT Phase I.
  • Privileged Access Management for OT Phase I.
  • OT Cybersecurity Requirements and Guidelines Phase I.
  • Coordinate global rollout activities across OT environments and regions.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Support risk and issue management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Organize and lead project meetings (status, steering, etc.).
  • Coordinate with OT site leads, cybersecurity teams, and third‑party partners.
  • Support change management and coordination.
  • Advise on the development and rollout of OT cybersecurity requirements, including network segmentation, access control, and asset inventory.
  • Review and validate technical and procedural deliverables related to OT cybersecurity.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains.

  • Understanding of OT systems, protocols (Modbus, OPC, DNP3), and cybersecurity principles.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft Defender for IoT).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies such as PMI / PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
