A global solutions company is seeking a Manager for Technology Project Portfolio in EMEA. Are you a seasoned Portfolio or Project Manager ready to step into a high-impact leadership role across EMEA?
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global organisation undergoing major digital transformation, where you’ll lead a mature yet evolving IT project portfolio spanning multiple regions, technologies, and strategic initiatives.
You’ll take ownership of the EMEA IT project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, governed, and delivered effectively. The company is midway through several large-scale transformation programmes, including eCommerce, field service technology rollouts, pricing modernisation, and core system harmonisation, giving you a rich pipeline of meaningful work from day one.

Own and enhance the EMEA IT project portfolio governance framework.
Lead planning cycles, intake, prioritisation, and reporting across a diverse stakeholder group.
Line manage a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts (approx. Act as Project / Programme Manager for high-value initiatives.
Work closely with international teams, including a dotted-line partnership with the global PMO.
Strong experience in project portfolio management within multinational or multi-market environments.
Solid understanding of Agile principles applied pragmatically within hybrid or non-Agile environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and other project governance platforms.
Ability to communicate confidently with senior leadership and navigate organisational complexity.
Experience working across Europe or globally—cultural intelligence is key.
