WEEWOO S.L. seeks a Project Manager for immediate incorporation into our PM Department. You will fully manage assigned projects, plan and coordinate, monitor deadlines, and ensure alignment with management.

You will coordinate with external developers and internal leads, serving as the link between Production and Management teams. Requirements include higher education, at least 3 years in digital project management, strong communication, and English proficiency (C1+).

• Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
• Good communication and coordination with departments, external suppliers and clients.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems before they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Complete management of assigned projects, planning and coordination, monitoring and deadlines.
• Prepare technical tasks, planning of workflow and timings, coordination with external developers and internal leads.
• Link between the Production and Management teams in the assigned projects.
• Support to the head of the department.
• Analyze and propose process improvements; report to the head of the department.
• Contact with internal/external clients, negotiation, project monitoring, explaining workflow and decisions.

We are seeking a Project Manager talent for immediate incorporation to our PM Department.

• Complete management of assigned projects, planning and coordination, monitoring and compliance with deadlines taking into account the general planning established by management and the head of the department.
• Preparation of technical tasks, planning of workflow and timings, coordination of work processes with several teams of external developers and with Leads of internal departments.
• Link between the Production and Management team in the assigned projects.
• Support to the work of the head of the department.
• Analysis and proposals for the improvement of processes in all areas and tools of the company, reporting to the head of the department.
• Contact with internal/external clients, negotiation, project monitoring, explanation of workflow and decisions, etc.
• Higher education
• Good communication and coordination skills with all departments, external suppliers and clients.
• At least 3 years of digital project management.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple destination projects at the same time.
• Ability to anticipate, analyze and solve potential problems and doubts before they happen.
• Advanced capabilities of workflow organization, preparation of technical tasks and timing planning.
• High capacity for drafting and negotiating informative notes and preparing technical tasks.
• Most of the information is in English, so the knowledge of this language is very important, at least a C1 & onwards.
