NXGN is partnered with a leading international renewable energy company to hire a Project Manager to oversee flagship solar construction projects across Europe. This role sits at the heart of the global clean energy transition, driving execution of high-impact infrastructure that directly accelerates the shift to sustainable power.
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management or related discipline
Professional Experience
- 5+ years managing renewable energy projects, ideally involving offshore solar, wind or large-scale PV assets
- Strong understanding of industry safety, regulatory and environmental standards
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly valued
Core Skills & Attributes
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and supplier management capability
- Confident decision-maker — able to manage risk under pressure with composure
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning — scope, budget, timelines and resource allocation
- Identify, upscale and mitigate risk to ensure successful project outcomes
- Coordinate and motivate internal teams and external partners throughout executionMaintain effective communication between clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders
- Oversee cost control, contract compliance and resource optimisation
- Ensure all activities meet required environmental, health, safety and regulatory standards
- Manage supplier and contractor selection, performance and contract negotiation
- Monitor project progress using structured tracking and reporting systems
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with quality and performance targets
