PMO (Project Management Officer) – Apipana (Seville)

At Apipana, we create innovative solutions with high‑quality code, covering the entire software development life‑cycle (SDLC) for the iGaming sector and delivering software solutions in an international environment.

We are currently growing and looking for creative and enthusiastic minds to join our team at our office in Seville. If you’re passionate about technological challenges and want to stay at the cutting edge – join the team!

Your mission

As a key player in our Product Delivery area, you’ll help steer the course of our project deliveries end‑to‑end. You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping everything on track, making sure plans are clear, milestones are met, and progress stays visible across the board.

Your role is all about connection: aligning teams, supporting decision‑makers, and making sure the right info gets to the right people at the right time. You’ll help build clarity through timely updates and reports, so top‑notch communication skills (in fluent English) are a must.

What you’ll do

  • Working with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external teams across departments to align on milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery across concurrent projects. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote collaboration to keep teams connected and engaged. Track key activities and manage stakeholder involvement thoughtfully and proactively.
  • Leading the Way: Help establish and maintain a regular cadence of deliveries, keeping momentum and focus across initiatives. Proactively capture and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions to keep projects on course.
  • Owning the Outcome: Take ownership of planning and execution to ensure projects progress smoothly from start to finish. Promote accountability and transparency across all delivery teams, ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved and adjustments are clearly tracked.
  • Seeing the Big Picture: You connect the dots across teams, keeping projects aligned with wider strategic goals and timelines. You balance day‑to‑day detail with long‑term thinking, ensuring your work delivers real value while identifying opportunities to improve as you go.
  • Communicating Clearly: Whether aligning with senior stakeholders or guiding team discussions, you communicate in a clear, thoughtful way that keeps people informed, engaged, and moving in the same direction.

What you’ll bring

  • Friendly, collaborative approach – you communicate clearly, give feedback with empathy, challenge ideas constructively, and build relationships across teams.
  • Curious, growth mindset – you’re open to learning, not afraid to ask questions, and can adapt quickly when plans shift or challenges pop up.
  • 2‑3 years of hands‑on project‑management experience. You understand the SDLC and feel confident using industry‑standard tools and practices.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, engaging different perspectives, bringing people together, and keeping progress on track.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, proactive – you take ownership and move things forward, even when priorities shift or there are open questions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, manage time well, and switch gears without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Can work independently while also doing great work in a collaborative, matrix team structure.
  • Bonus: recognised project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile).
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.

Benefits of working at Apipana:

  • ~30 working days of vacation.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Hybrid system: 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
  • Comprehensive health insurance with DKV.
  • Free English classes during working hours.
  • Meal vouchers.
  • Up to €25 per month discount on any sports activity.
  • Training budget.
  • Refer a friend to join the team and earn up to €3,000 for each successful referral.
  • Sabbatical program: 6 additional weeks of vacation every 4 years.
