MANE is a French family-owned company with over 150 years of history and a global leader in fragrance, flavor and ingredient industries. We are looking for an AI Project & Product Manager to bridge a high-velocity engineering team with key business stakeholders in Barcelona.

You will translate business needs into structured product and project requirements, own the project heartbeat, and drive AI initiatives into the roadmap while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 3–4 years in project management and 3–4 years in AI.
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering AI or data-driven products from prototype to production.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Own and manage the project heartbeat: planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation and align AI initiatives with the roadmap.

As an AI Project & Product Manager , you are the connective tissue between a high-velocity engineering team and key business stakeholders. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, working closely to integrate all AI initiatives into the organization's broader strategic roadmap.

• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Own and manage the project "heartbeat" (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting).
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in project management and 3-4 years in AI, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering AI or data-driven products from prototype to production, with strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; French is strongly preferred.
