Oxford Global Resources is seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation within a leading pharmaceutical organization in the Barcelona area. The role focuses on governance, planning, and cross-functional delivery across QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has PMO or project management experience in life sciences, a strong grasp of GxP environments, and excellent communication and organizational skills

Formación

• PMO, Project Coordinator or PM experience in pharma, biotech or life sciences.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory or Quality Systems.
• Experience with governance, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects.
• Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.

We are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects
• Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards
