About the job

As Project Manager in the Operational Excellence team you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and innovation across our logistics network. Reporting to the Ops Excellence Manager you will be part of a dynamic team who designs and implements disruptive solutions in last‑mile and DC (Distribution Center) operations.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Leading and supporting Operational Excellence projects across the logistics network from design to implementation and follow‑up.
• Identifying operational gaps and opportunities to optimise efficiency, safety and sustainability.
• Translating business requirements into actionable project plans, clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborating with the Operations Teams to deploy best practices and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Collecting and analysing operational data to evaluate project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Liaising with the different key stakeholders in the company for leading specific projects (Operations Product Health & Safety etc.) ensuring clear and concise communication at multiple levels regarding project status, risks and progress.
• Promoting a culture of operational excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement across the organisation.

About you

• Previous experience (around 2 years) as a Project Manager in the logistics sector preferably in the last‑mile or warehouse environments.
• Proven experience in Operational Excellence projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work with uncertainty and limited data.
• Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Hands‑on attitude, proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership and deliver results.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and passion for operational excellence.
