Una plataforma líder en comercio de automóviles busca un Gerente de Proyecto para gestionar la eficiencia financiera y operativa a través de los mercados europeos. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en finanzas operativas y habilidades analíticas destacadas. Formación

  • 2–4 años de experiencia en control financiero, gestión de costos o finanzas operativas, idealmente en una organización multinacional.
  • Capacidad para traducir datos financieros en información clara y accionable.
  • Fluidez en inglés; otros idiomas europeos son un plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y gobernar procesos OPEX en mercados de compra.
  • Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento financiero.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento y la transparencia en los procesos.

Descripción del empleo

As a Project Manager – Branch Operations Europe, you will play a central role in driving financial discipline and operational efficiency across AUTO1’s European purchasing markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Branch Operations EU, you will lead the governance and optimization of OPEX‑related processes, ensuring transparency, control, and scalability across our network.

You will:

  • Develop and govern OPEX processes: Define, standardize, and oversee management frameworks across all purchasing markets, covering travel, per diems, company cars, supplies, and other employee‑related expenses.
  • Monitor and analyze performance: Track actual vs. budgeted expenses, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective measures with local and HQ stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and transparency: Design and implement clear policies and approval flows to guarantee adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance and FP&A: Align reporting, budgeting, and cost‑per‑unit tracking to drive data consistency and financial accuracy.
  • Enhance visibility: Deploy tools and dashboards to monitor OPEX performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Support local teams: Provide guidance and best practices to branch operations, fostering cost awareness and operational excellence.

Requisitos

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical professional with strong financial and operational skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial controlling, cost management, or operations finance, ideally within a multi‑country or matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
