Lane Investments Group in Marbella seeks an experienced hands-on Project Manager to oversee a 400 m² luxury villa refurbishment in Puerto Banús, Marbella. The role is site-focused, coordinating trades and maintaining schedule, budget, and quality.

You will source and manage subcontractors, coordinate architect/interior designer, and deliver the villa ready for occupation. Fluent Spanish and strong network on the Costa del Sol are highly valued; this is a fixed-term project with on-site

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' relevant construction/project management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors directly.
• Experience in high-quality residential refurbishment or luxury villas.
• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP coordination and finishing works.
• Good commercial, cost-control and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Spanish and good working English.
• Based in or close to Marbella.
• An established network of reliable subcontractors and suppliers on the Costa del Sol is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the refurbishment from commencement through final handover.
• Source suitable subcontractors, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate terms and recommend appointments.
• Directly coordinate and manage all trades, including demolition, structural works, MEP, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tiling, stone, joinery, kitchen, bathrooms, painting and external works.
• Coordinate the architect, interior designer, engineers and specialist consultants.
• Prepare and manage the overall construction programme and sequencing of subcontractors.
• Control the project budget, subcontractor costs and variations.
• Review subcontractor invoices and recommend payments based on completed and acceptable works.
• Coordinate procurement and long‑lead materials.
• Maintain a strong presence on site and closely monitor progress, workmanship and quality.
• Provide concise weekly progress, cost and programme reports to the Owner/Lane.

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Project Manager to manage the complete refurbishment of a 400 m² luxury villa in the Puerto Banús / Marbella area.

The project will be executed directly through individual subcontractors rather than one main contractor. The Project Manager will therefore be responsible for sourcing, appointing, coordinating and supervising the different trades and subcontractors, subject to Owner/Lane approval of material financial commitments.
