Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Granda, Spain to lead and coordinate HR & Payroll implementation and service‑delivery projects across Europe. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience in outsourcing environments, and the ability to work effectively with international clients and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR & Payroll transformation and digitalization projects for Zalaris clients across various European countries.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
• Assess project feasibility to ensure alignment with schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Operations) to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with local regulations and client‑specific standards.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and workflows.

Experience and education

• Proven Project Management experience in HR and Payroll outsourcing, preferably with SAP HCM design, implementation, and migration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international setting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong command in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with project management tools, experience with Smartsheet is an advantage.
• Ability to travel when required.
