Can you imagine leading a global IAM cloud transformation impacting thousands of users worldwide? Join our expert team to work on a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation, contributing to the migration and modernization of critical identity services and processes. You will apply your knowledge of Project Management, Change Management and cloud transformation initiatives to drive adoption, alignment and successful delivery across global teams.

You will be responsible for managing the project roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies and reporting for a global IAM transformation. Coordinating migration activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption while ensuring alignment between business, technical and operational teams. You will also support governance activities, executive reporting and project readiness throughout the transformation journey.

Experience leading complex transformation, cloud migration or modernization projects. Strong Project Management and Organizational Change Management skills. Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. Ability to drive adoption, communication, governance and business readiness activities.
