We’re Hiring: Agile Project Lead (Remote – Spain)

About the Role. We’re looking for an Agile Project Lead to coordinate remote software development teams across Spain. This position is ideal for a hands‑on project manager who loves empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous delivery in a remote‑friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams throughout the full software delivery lifecycle, promoting agile principles and team autonomy.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove blockers while driving continuous improvement in workflows and tools.
• Partner with product managers and solution architects to align technical delivery with business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.
• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, or similar agile collaboration tools.
• Excellent communicator with strong English proficiency.
• Based in Spain, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to Barcelona or Madrid.
