Degusta Box in Barcelona is seeking a Project Manager for the French Market to lead a small Operations Team across Logistics, Market Research and Social Media, while supporting Sales with insights.

You will drive end-to-end campaigns, manage budgets, mentor team members, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Logistics to strengthen partnerships with food & beverage brands in France.

Formación

• Native or near-native French required.
• 2+ years experience in campaign or project management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage teams under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starting, and capable of cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee logistics operations with suppliers and partners.
• Act as main contact for external clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Analyse campaign and operational results to drive improvements.
• Prepare KPI and operational reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and optimise resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics to strengthen partnerships.
• Mentor team members on PM practices.

THE ROLE

As Project Manager – French Market at Degusta Box, you will lead and supervise a small Operations Team to maximise quality and efficiency in Logistics, Market Research and Social Media, while at the same time providing campaign analysis and support to the Sales team. You’ll play an important role in developing and strengthening our partnerships with Food & Beverage brands of all sizes in the French market, working closely with our dedicated and international teams.

YOU WILL

• Lead projects and campaigns end-to-end, coordinating timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Coordinate complex logistics operations with B2B suppliers and partners, ensuring deadlines, quality and agreed terms are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for external clients, ensuring clear, proactive and results-driven communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Anticipate logistical and operational risks, solving problems before they impact the client or the business.
• Analyse campaign and operational results, turning data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational and KPI reports for internal and external stakeholders, with an impeccable level of detail.
• Manage project budgets, optimising resources without compromising delivery quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Mentor and support team members on project management and operational best practices.
• Monitor industry trends to proactively adapt processes and strategy.
