Formación

• Подтверждённая способность создавать и поставлять веб-приложения на React и TypeScript.
• Умение работать с современными инструментами сборки (Bun, Vite).
• Опыт с TanStack Router и библиотеками компонентов (Chakra UI) или возможность быстро обучиться.
• Опыт аккуратно использовать ИИ помощников кодирования (Codex, Claude Code) без потери качества кода.
• Навык профилирования фронтенда и исправления узких мест производительности.
• Умение работать в Git и CI workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Выпускать новые функции продукта в веб-приложение OCC Assistant Manager.
• Улучшать производительность UI и отклик в реальном времени на плотных данных.
• Проектировать и внедрять сложные рабочие процессы, таблицы и панели мониторинга для авиадиспетчеров.
• Поддерживать общую компонентную библиотеку и фронтенд-архитектуру, включая повторно используемые компоненты, управление состоянием, тестирование и accessibility.
• Сотрудничать с бэкендом и дизайном по контрактам API и потокам данных.
• Использовать инструменты ИИ ответственно, сохраняя качество кода и контроль.

SITA provides technology and communication solutions that support airports, airlines, borders, and the global air travel industry. Its OCC Assistant Manager is an AI-powered Operations Control Center solution that helps airlines manage and recover from disruption.

Задачи:

• Ship new product features in the OCC Assistant Manager web application
• Improve UI performance and responsiveness across data-dense, real-time views
• Design and implement data-dense workflows, tables, timelines and dashboards for airline controllers
• Maintain the shared component library and front-end architecture, including reusable components, state management, testing, accessibility, and loading/error states
• Collaborate with Back-End and Design teams on API contracts, data flows, and interaction details
• Use AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code or similar while maintaining code quality
• Use front-end telemetry and performance profiling to improve real-user experience

Требования:

• Proven ability to build and deliver high-quality web applications with React and TypeScript
• Confidence working with modern build tooling such as Bun and Vite
• Experience with TanStack Router and Query and component libraries such as Chakra UI, or the ability to ramp up quickly
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code or similar responsibly without compromising code quality
• Ability to profile and fix front-end performance issues effectively
• Fluency working with Git and CI workflows
• Strong product sense and attention to detail, with the ability to translate user needs into polished interfaces
• Genuine curiosity about airline operations and motivation to understand 24/7 control room workflows
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Back-End and Design colleagues

Nice to have: experience with data-dense, real-time or mission-critical UIs, experience with Grafana Faro or similar real-user monitoring and telemetry, exposure to airline operations or other 24/7 operational domains.
