Euronet – Payments Infrastructure Segment in Madrid is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee complex Electronic Financial Transaction projects across Europe, delivering on time and within scope. The role requires a university degree, 3+ years of multinational PM experience, coaching teams, and strong stakeholder communication.

You will work from the Madrid office and contribute to innovative financial solutions.

Formación

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments, preferably within financial services/banking.
• Experience coaching and mentoring project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Electronic Financial Transaction projects across Europe, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Develop clear project plans, define milestones, track progress, and lead regular project reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and manage scope/timelines for seamless execution.
• Ensure project scope, objectives, and expectations are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
• Act as trusted point of contact, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and introduce innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Deliver transparent project reporting with up-to-date status updates in company systems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
• A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
• Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
• Native in Spanish and fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
