Job summary

Euronet is seeking a Regional Administrator to join our global payments team in Madrid. You’ll support corporate governance, registrations, and coordination with external counsel to assist the Board.

This role involves cross-border work, maintaining corporate books, and managing calendars, powers of attorney, and minutes. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus strong Excel and communication skills, are essential.

• Strong Excel knowledge and data analysis ability.

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Relevant educational background (Finance/Economics).

Responsibilities

• Incorporation of new entities.
• Coordination with local external counsel.
• Registrations with public authorities and regulators.
• Support to the Board and the Corporate Secretary on governance matters.
• Assisting with incorporation of companies and branches in new jurisdictions.
• Coordinating document collection with external advisors.
• Maintaining corporate books.
• Powers of attorney and shareholding structures.
• Preparing and filing corporate resolutions and minutes.
• Managing corporate calendars and formal obligations before registries and local authorities.
