Halliburton in Spain is seeking an Experienced Real Estate Services Project Manager to lead design, construction, renovation, or replacement of office, lab, manufacturing and site infrastructure facilities. You will oversee up to 20 subcontractors and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a university degree in engineering or related field, 12–15 years of PM experience in oil & gas construction, PMI/PMP credentials preferred, and

• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in project management for a consultancy or construction company.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Construction with practical project management experience (PMP preferred).
• Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently to deliver projects.
• Willing to work under high pressure with short turnarounds while managing multiple projects.
• Competent in MS Projects and SAP with knowledge of AutoCAD beneficial.
• Submit project profiles for the last three projects completed.

Job Duties

Under broad direction, plans and manages assigned Real Estate Services projects including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of company office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, service center, and site infrastructure facilities. Supervises through subordinates up to 20 subcontract employees. Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area. Plans work and administers policies. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Job role contributes directly to value creation. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or business administration and 12 years of experience in project management which includes experience in facility construction or remodeling and management experience.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering with Project Management or Construction Management is preferred
• Registered with PMI or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience working for a project management consultancy company or construction company.
• Must have experience in Oil & Gas Construction with a practical project management experience (preferably PMP certification)
• Self-motivated, results driven and able to work independently to deliver projects.
• Willing and able to work under high pressure environment with short turn around times managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Competent in MS Projects and SAP with knowledge of Autocad beneficial
• Submit project profiles for the last three projects completed
