Henkel Spain seeks a results-driven PMO to lead end-to-end projects—design, planning, delivery and outcome evaluation—while applying a customer-centric mindset in stakeholder interactions and aligning with Global SC, Regional SC, GBS+, dX, Functions and Business Units.

You will gather customer feedback, oversee CRM implementation, drive cross-functional country teams, and push continuous improvement through structured project plans and KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Management Consulting, or cross-functional Supply Chain projects.

What you´ll do

• Own end‑to‑end project management: design, planning, delivery, cost, and outcome evaluation.
• Apply a strong customer‑centric mindset in all stakeholder interactions.
• Align closely with Global SC, Regional SC, GBS+, dX, Functions, and Business Units.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights (Voice of Customer).
• Oversee CRM system implementation and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute recommendations impacting CSX strategy.
• Lead business and IT projects to improve customer experience and process harmonization.
• Support customer service initiatives that drive retention and new business.
• Communicate local action plans and link them to global CSX strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement customer experience improvement projects.
• Design and roll out tools, processes, and initiatives aligned to Global CSX.
• Lead cross‑functional and country implementation teams.
• Collaborate closely with CSX, CoE, GBS+, and Supply Chain teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and structured project plans.
• Manage performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
• Set objectives, monitor progress, and take corrective actions.
• Plan activities to ensure efficiency, continuity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel standards, SHE, and sustainability requirements.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English is a must, German/French/Spanish - advantage
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Management Consulting, or cross-functional Supply Chain projects.
• Basic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Order Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple international markets.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including creating executive presentations, data analysis, and working with formulas.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g. prompt writing) to improve productivity.
• Experience in customer‑facing environments, Customer Experience, retail, or B2B business is considered an advantage.
• Proactive, open‑minded, and collaborative team player with a structured approach to project execution and governance.
