Henkel in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Planning professional to assist in developing long-term supply plans and align them with demand forecasts. You will execute mid- and long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region, monitor constraints, and support inventory optimization.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in supply planning, fluency in English, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• 1–2 years of experience in a supply planning role or related field.
• Experience in FMCG is advantageous.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans.
• Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP and DRP plans.
• Monitor supply network constraints and report findings.
• Review inventory policies and track slow-movers.
• Identify finished goods needs and prepare allocation proposals.
• Provide inputs for regional S&OP meetings.
• Collaborate with Operational and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability.
• Support continuous improvement in planning processes.

• Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
• Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilisations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team
• Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
• Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs
• Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
• Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues
• Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
• 1-2 years of experience In Supply Planning role or related, experience with FMCG business would be advantage.
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills are required (SAP is an advantage)
• Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
