Incorpora Techno Group in Vilanova y Geltrú, Spain, is looking for a Project Manager responsible for coordinating customer projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. The role includes implementing the SIOP tool, requiring strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

You will lead project execution while managing internal resources and external relationships. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in project management, and knowledge of ERP tools such as Odoo.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of customer projects, ensuring execution on time, within budget, and at the required quality levels according to established objectives. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and customer requirements, this role will effectively manage resources, schedules, and deliverables.

In addition, the Project Manager will lead the implementation of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) tool within the organization, a strategic project for the factory’s operational performance. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering degree or similar

Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions

• Required: Proven experience in project management
