Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with customer‑agreed targets.
• Communicate with external customers and upper management regarding project status and day‑to‑day activities.
• Develop and drive strategies to meet customer requirements and recommend IMI manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
• Review aggregate program proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for various phases of the program.
• Act as a high‑level contact for customer negotiations on contracts (in coordination with the corporate legal department), pricing (in collaboration with CSCM), and other business matters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedules, and budget constraints to cross‑functional teams, including engineers and senior management.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, to ensure the project team meets customer requirements and adheres to cost control measures.
• Assess the causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to the project team to resolve issues.
