About the Opportunity

Our client is an ambitious player in the Web3 space, backed by world-class investors and leaders in virtual technologies. Their mission is to push blockchain beyond finance and into real consumer applications – gaming, metaverse, social – by solving the performance and scalability limits that hold the industry back.

They’re building a high-performance, EVM-compatible chain designed to support real-time applications at scale, with transaction speeds that rival Web2 infrastructure. This role offers the chance to be part of a pioneering team shaping the next generation of on-chain experiences.

The Role

We’re seeking a highly technical Project Manager who can operate as the bridge between Operations and Engineering. This isn’t a box-ticking PMO role – you’ll be driving clarity, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-moving startup environment. If you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – from roadmap planning to light QA – and thrive in high-impact, fast-paced settings, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project timelines, dependencies, and coordination across teams
• Maintain a clear, achievable roadmap and keep momentum on priorities
• Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks for engineering teams
• Facilitate sprints, standups, and delivery cycles
• Perform light QA testing and ensure product quality isn’t compromised
• Spot blockers early, problem-solve, and communicate solutions
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and needs to stakeholders
• Support ad hoc project or operational initiatives where needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of project management experience in startup or agile tech environments
• Strong understanding of Web3 concepts (blockchain, tokens, DAOs, decentralized infrastructure)
• A technical mindset with the ability to engage in architecture discussions and developer workflows
• Experience partnering closely with engineering teams (ideally protocol or product)
• Excellent communicator who can flex between detail and big-picture
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Figma, Slack
• Hands-on approach to QA testing and product quality
• Based in, or able to work across, Europe/Asia time zones
