Role: Senior Project Manager responsible for planning and managing multiple programs across the organization.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Drives the planning and implementation of multiple programs across the organization.
- Overall responsibility for product delivery from requirements, prototype testing through product launch.
- Works closely with management and business leaders to create program scope, objectives, risk assessment and product requirements.
- Anticipates issues and drives countermeasures to ensure programs meet intended objectives.
- Resolves people and team dynamic issues for the effective performance of the program team in completing their assignments.
- Schedules and leads timely status review meetings. Escalates issues and mitigation recommendations to upper management.
- Reduces current New Product Development (NPD) cycle time.
What are the minimum requirements?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or similar technical discipline). PMP Certification is highly valued.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, operations, engineering, finance, procurement or product management is required.
- Experience leading & managing New Product Development (NPD) program is required.
- Excellent command of Spanish and English.

Your professional background:

Key Duties
- Manage the project throughout its life cycle – from project scoping, planning, to delivery, to transition to operations, and finally project closure ensuring expected outcome to stakeholders and business.
