HCLTech busca un Project Manager para fortalecer la marca en España, con experiencia en gestión de proyectos y entrega en ecosistemas de Salesforce y partner networks.

Responsable de coordinar entregas WXP, Sales Comp y RIS, con soporte a PI planning, seguida de reportes a stakeholders y dirección. Se valora experiencia en Scrum/SAFe, gestión de riesgos y una comunicación ejecutiva efectiva.

Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y entrega, especialmente en entornos SFDC y ecosistema de partners.
• Conocimiento de dominios: compensación de ventas, facturación de socios y habilitación minorista.
• Familiaridad con SAFe, PI Planning y ceremonias ágiles, con cadencias de entrega trimestrales.
• Disciplina RAID fuerte, cuantificación de riesgos y mitigación; capacidad de escalamiento.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir planes y dependencias de entrega WXP, Sales Comp y RIS.
• Soportar PI planning, seguimiento de sprint y preparación de lanzamientos.
• Mantener RAID log y surface riesgos e issues, dirigir mitigación with owners.
• Informar estados semanalmente a PMO y mensualmente a liderazgo y governance de partners.

• Own the WXP + Sales Comp + RIS delivery plan · milestones · dependencies · critical path across concurrent initiatives
• Run PI planning support · sprint tracking · release readiness · MTP / Gold TXN / Hypercare cadence
• Maintain the RAID log · surface risks and issues early · drive mitigation with cross-functional owners
• Coordinate LCS co-funded delivery for RIS · align on scope · milestones · joint governance
• Manage vendor and CW resourcing on assigned initiatives · onboarding · offboarding · SOX / compliance alignment
• Report status weekly to Program Manager · monthly to leadership · monthly to Partner Program Governance
• Own the delivery cost view · effort tracking · burn-down · scope-change control · impact assessments
• Drive continuous improvement across the PMO practice · SPM alignment · Jira hygiene · Test Rail adoption Required Experience &

• 7+ years Project / Delivery Management in SFDC + Partner ecosystem environments
• Domain exposure to Sales Compensation · Partner Monthly Billing · Retail channel enablement
• Deep hands-on with SAFe · PI planning · Agile ceremonies · quarterly cadence delivery
• Strong RAID discipline · risk quantification · mitigation planning · escalation judgment
