Kudelski Security in Madrid is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between clients and our expert technical teams, orchestrating engagements from onboarding through delivery with on-time and on-budget outcomes.

You will report to the Team Leader of our Project Management Office and operate with autonomy, coordinating contributors across disciplines and building lasting client relationships while translating complex security offerings into business impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a large IT/ technology organization (PMO or Operations preferred).
• 3+ years working in international, multicultural environments.
• Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity: able to discuss with engineers and executives.
• Proven success leading complex client-facing projects with both technical depth and business acumen.
• Background in IT Security is a strong differentiator.

• Champion quality across all deliverables: reviewing outputs and driving continuous process improvement.

YOUR ROLE

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Background

• 5+ years in Project Management, with at least 3 years in a large IT or technology organisation (PMO or Operations preferred)
• 3+ years working in international, multicultural environments
• Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity: you can hold your own with engineers AND executives
• Demonstrated success leading complex client-facing projects with both technical depth and business acumen
• Background in IT Security is a strong differentiator

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent with strong IT experience
• PMP, Prince2, or HERMES certification is a strong asset
• CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications are a plus
