Job Description :

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project valued at approximately €100 million. This role will manage all phases of the project, from design and construction through commissioning and scale-up to production. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to keep the project on schedule and within scope. This position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex timelines. The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering full‑scale projects in a regulated environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage project activities across design, construction, commissioning, and production scale‑up.
• Oversee project scheduling, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support and lead commissioning and handover activities.
• Drive cross‑functional communication to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Must Have Skills :

Proven experience managing large pharmaceutical construction projects, strong scheduling and vendor coordination skills.

Bonus / Nice to Have :

Experience with commissioning and production start‑up activities.
