A leading software development company in Spain is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project deliveries and manage stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with teams, ensure project alignment with strategic goals, and foster a culture of accountability. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of experience in project management and strong communication skills. Benefits include a hybrid work model, comprehensive health insurance, and generous vacation days.
At Apipana, we create innovative solutions with high-quality code, covering the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the iGaming sector and software solutions in an international environment.
We are currently growing and looking for creative and enthusiastic minds to join our team at our office in Seville. If you’re passionate about technological challenges and want to stay at the cutting edge — join the team!
As a key player in our Product Delivery area, you’ll help steer the course of our project deliveries end-to-end. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track, making sure plans are clear, milestones are met, and progress stays visible across the board.
Your role is all about connection: aligning teams, supporting decision-makers, and making sure the right info gets to the right people at the right time. You’ll help build clarity through timely updates and reports, so top-notch communication skills (in fluent English) are a must.
We're looking for someone who brings a friendly, collaborative approach to their work—someone who communicates clearly, gives feedback with empathy, challenges ideas constructively, and builds strong relationships across teams.
You’re naturally curious and have a growth mindset. You’re open to learning, not afraid to ask questions, and can adapt quickly when plans shift or challenges pop up.
You’ve got 2-3 years of hands-on project management experience. You understand the software development lifecycle, and feel confident using industry-standard tools and practices.
You’re experienced in managing stakeholders, able to engage different perspectives, bring people together, and keep progress on track.
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. You take ownership and move things forward, even when priorities shift or there are open questions.
You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities, managing your time well, and switching gears when needed—without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You can work independently while also doing great work in a collaborative, matrix team structure.
Bonus points if you have a recognised project management certification (like PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile).
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and be part of our future!
