Mood Media Emea seeks a Project Manager to join the Operations team. You will lead complex audiovisual projects, manage client installation experiences, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support for audio, video, and scents installations.

Responsibilities include commissioning, product evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, risk assessments, and end-to-end project ownership across global teams.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in the AV industry or related field.
• Experience deploying and supporting global projects.
• CTS qualification is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of video walls and display technologies.
• Proven experience with AV systems design and deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the commissioned system performs as required per Mood Media specifications.
• Source and evaluate new products for current and future projects.
• Provide ongoing internal and client-facing support for completed projects.
• Create installation plans and coordinate with installers to meet SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop solutions and costings for key clients.
• Own projects end-to-end, schedule subcontracts, and provide technical guidance.
• Negotiate project prices with subcontractors and discuss SOWs.
• Prepare Methods Statements, Risk Assessments and Scope of Work documents.
• Handle health & safety documentation as required for projects.
• Set up visual content platform and update content as needed.
• Support the technical support area when required.
• Occasionally travel overseas for projects.

JOB SUMMARY

Project Manager

position is a part of Operations team, its main mission is to provide complete audio-visual solutions for clients, it has the technical experience and aptitude that will successfully lead processes and drive results of the client installation experience. The Project Manager will manage complex and premier projects with our clients & provide Pre & Post sales technical support for audio, video and scents installations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures the completed system performs as required through commissioning equipment that meets all Mood Media client specifications.
• Source and evaluate new products for use on current and future projects.
• Provides ongoing support for completed projects internally and direct to the client.
• Provides comprehensive plans/instructions in respect of installations and to liaise with the installer to ensure that the work is carried out to the client's total satisfaction and in accordance with SLA's defined with the client.
• Supports and develops colleague's knowledge within the same office and wider global teams.
• Works with global teams developing solutions, generating accurate costings, and gathering information for key clients.
• Provide end to end ownership of their projects, working closely with subcos scheduling their tasks, and providing all required advice, including but not limited to, technical advice, attendance date confirmation, equipment substitutions.
• Liaise with Subcontractors where in-depth SOW discussions are required and negotiate project prices.
• Ensure Methods Statements, Risk Assessments and Scope of Work documents are correctly written and detailed enough for your project.
• Processing and follow-up of health & safety documentation, in all those projects where required.
• Set up and management of the visual content platform, for the correct development of projects, especially in the kick-off for new client.
• Provides support in updating visual content when required.
• Provides support to technical support area when required
• Be prepared to carry out occasional overseas work as required.
• Detect and escape any serious or major incident to the Local Operations Manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Excellent audio-visual product knowledge with experience in specifying and installing this equipment.
• Min 5 Years industry or associated industry (within an AV environment) experience.
• Experience with global project deployment and support
• CTS Qualification (preferable).
• Demonstrable experience with video walls & other display technologies.
• Demonstrable and experience with AV systems. xqysrnh Design, Deployment & Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to facilitate scheduled deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work under pressure
• English language proficiency
