Mood Media EMEA is seeking a Project Manager to join the Operations team in managing complete audio-visual installations for premier clients. You will lead complex projects, provide Pre & Post sales technical support for audio, video and scents, and ensure successful on-site execution from kickoff to handover.

The role requires driving results, coordinating with global teams, and delivering high-quality project outcomes while upholding client satisfaction and SLA commitments.

Formación

• Min 5 years in AV environment or related industry.
• Experience with global deployment and client support.
• CTS Qualification (preferable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure commissioned system performs per specifications.
• Source and evaluate new AV products for projects.
• Provide ongoing support for projects to clients and internally.
• Provide plans and liaise with installers to meet client SLA requirements.
• Develop knowledge within office and global teams.
• Work with global teams on solutions, costings and information for key clients.
• Own projects end-to-end, coordinate subconsultants, advise on technical aspects and scheduling.
• Negotiate project prices with subcontractors when required.
• Ensure safety documents and scope of work are properly written.
• Manage visual content platform development for new client kick-offs.
• Support technical areas when required and be available for overseas work.
