Strands, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Project Manager to support Global Delivery of our platform and services for financial institutions across geographies. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle from planning to go-live, coordinating internal teams and acting as the main client contact.

You will ensure successful delivery while building trusted relationships and achieving client business goals, with exposure to data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and full-stack solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager in software delivery projects.
Experience managing customer-facing projects and executive stakeholders.
Good knowledge of project delivery methodologies and practices.
Appropriate business acumen with technical background in end-to-end software delivery.
Strong ability to connect technology delivery with business value and advise clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager that supports Global Delivery of our platform and services in financial institution based in different geographies. In this customer-facing role, you will lead the complete life cycle from planning to go-live, coordinating internal delivery teams and acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while building trusted, long-term relationships with financial institutions thanks to the achievement of their business goals.

You will be doing things like...

Lead end-to-end delivery of banking and fintech projects, ensuring quality, timeline, scope, and client satisfaction.
Build strategic and long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional and experienced teams.
Drive project governance, executive reporting, Steering Committees, risk management, and escalation processes.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of full-stack solutions covering data ingestion, analytics, backend services, APIs, and front-end applications.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and a positive working environment across internal and external teams.
Support pre-sales and sales activities, project planning, and customer growth opportunities when required.

Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager in software delivery projects, within the banking or financial services sector.
Proven experience managing customer-facing projects and executive stakeholders..
Good knowledge of project delivery methodologies and project management practices.
Appropriate business acumen combined with adequate technical background in end-to-end software delivery.
Strong ability to connect technology delivery with business value, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and steering conversations towards strategic objectives, adoption, and measurable business impact rather than purely technical implementation.
Experience delivering projects involving data integration, backend, APIs, and digital channels.
Very good stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and sense of ownership.
Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Availability to travel internationally, including outside Europe.

Annual Salary for this position starts from €35,000 gross per year
