Formación

• Several years of experience in business analysis, project management or similar roles.
• First contact with automotive projects is a plus.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes in digital projects.
• Very good German and English skills required.
• Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development processes.
• Understanding of SAP/logistics processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence) or data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and teams.
• Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct plausibility checks for prototype vehicle planning timelines.
• Implement and track changes to vehicles (configuration, type, relationship knowledge).
• Manage short-term changes for prototype quantities/configurations.
• Forecast parts demand and coordinate weekly with integration management.
• Initiate ordering of parts and track them.
• Focus on automating manual tasks to improve processes.

OUR MISSION

As a Project Manager in vehicle part provisioning at Lumibit, you will play a key role in the integration processes and delivery of parts within an automotive project. Focusing on our German customers, very good German and English skills are essential.

In addition to part provisioning tasks, you will add real value by implementing optimized digital solutions. Therefore, it is crucial for us to always think about automation and improve efficiency within this project.

YOUR PROFILE

RESPONSIBILITIES
