A multinational technology services company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead the integration of contingent workforce hiring and time tracking operations in Catalonia, Spain. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of operations experience in IT, preferably in financial services, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, producing key insights, and driving efficiency across processes. This role is essential for supporting workforce decisions and improving data quality.

Who We Are

Reporting to the Head of PMO & Business Management, detail‑oriented professional to lead and manage the integration of contingent workforce hiring and time tracking operations across the EMEA IT department. This role will contribute to the central point for driving efficiency, governance, control, and accurate reporting across both processes. The candidate will work cross‑functionally with internal teams and third‑party vendors to streamline onboarding, manage time capture systems, and deliver key workforce insights to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Primary point of contact for different inquiries from the client (occasional consumer inquiries possible).
  • Coordinate with clients from UK office as needed.
  • Ticket intake/triage, follow‑up with technical teams, and basic knowledge‑base updates.
  • Strengthen internal controls and governance within the time reporting process.
  • Produce accurate and timely Management Information (MI) and KPIs.
  • Present data insights to senior management to support workforce decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting, and compliance.
  • Act as the point of contact between internal stakeholders, projects team.
What You ‘ll Bring Along
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field would be desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations within IT environments, ideally in investment banking or financial services.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities and ability to translate complex data into actionable metrics and insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with a focus on process efficiency and attention to detail.

  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • MS Office Suite knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); Confluence
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. German or Japanese is considered a plus.
