Eurofragance is seeking an aspiring PMO/ project management student in Sant Cugat del Vallès to support day-to-day project follow-up, track risks and KPIs, and help keep a global view of the portfolio. The role involves collaboration with project leaders and teams to clearly document requirements and progress using Jira boards.

You will work within an international, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience while studying and developing professional skills aligned with your degree.

Formación

• Currently studying an engineering degree/master, project management master or business-related degree/master.
• Good level in English & Spanish.
• Familiarity with Kanban or Waterfall project approaches (e.g., Jira).

Responsabilidades

• Support the PMO team in day-to-day project follow-up, keeping tasks, risks and KPIs updated.
• Help maintain a global, up-to-date view of the company's project portfolio and assist Project Leaders throughout the different project phases.
• Collaborate with the project teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• Work using Kanban or Waterfall boards (e.g. Jira) to track project progress.
• Help manage and improve the PMO tools and standard templates to streamline the follow-up process.
• Prepare reporting and documentation, assist with process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

What's your mission?

Support the PMO team in creating and maintaining the project management methodology and in ensuring proper follow-up with Project Leaders across the company. This role contributes to keeping a global, up-to-date view of the project portfolio, ensuring that projects progress according to their defined scope, timeline and objectives.
