Td Synnex is looking for a project coordinator in Barcelona to support IT and digital initiatives. In this role, you will help bridge business and technical teams, manage project milestones, and contribute to process improvements.

You'll need a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong interest in AI and cloud technologies. Proficiency in tools like Power Automate and excellent communication skills are required.

In this role, you support IT and digital projects with a hands-on, proactive approach, bridging business and IT teams. You’ll help coordinate initiatives in AI, cloud, and automation, shaping smooth project delivery and practical technical tasks. You’ll work across stakeholders to translate needs into actions, while contributing to process improvements and AI-driven use cases. • Support planning, coordination and execution of IT/technical projects (AI, cloud, automation)
• Track progress, milestones, risks and budgets
• Serve as a link between business stakeholders and IT teams (IT, data, cloud, development)
• Translate business needs into actionable technical tasks for IT teams
• Assist with basic technical activities such as data handling, scripting or automation
• Utilize tools and platforms like Power Automate and AI solutions to improve workflows
• Prepare project reports, dashboards and insights (Excel, Power BI when needed)
• Organize project meetings, follow-ups and documentation
• Coordinate timelines and resources across multiple projects
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and AI-driven use cases
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar
• Strong interest and initial hands-on exposure to technical environments (AI, cloud, or development)
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python)
• Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate preferred; Power Platform a plus)
• Understanding of data, APIs, or system integrations is a plus
• Proactive, organized and able to take ownership
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with Excel, Jira (Power BI a plus but not core)
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and business teams
